Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile UI/UX Designer and Developer who can seamlessly blend design aesthetics with functional development skills. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement user interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces while possessing the technical expertise to bring designs to life.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Develop front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement responsive and interactive designs.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components.
• Stay current with industry trends, design principles, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and development projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

• Weekend availability
