Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Background with overall view for monitoring and controlling the execution of the projects.
- Co-ordination with Home Team, (Various Stake Holders) and Various Local Vendor and Contractors for better support in execution of the Projects.
- Requirement Gathering to match the target as agreed and estimate considering the year end variations between the two organizations . Effective relationship bonding with various affiliates for enhancing the capabilities of future prospects.
- Planning and Executing Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Meetings with Client and Home Team.
- Ability in resolving the issues pertaining to Client Complaints /Mitigations in understanding between the teams / Issue related to PR and PO.
- Monitoring the engineering document transfer and requirement as requested by the Home Team (DEC).
- Validating the Site Visit Report once completed by the Satellite Team.
- Monitoring and updating the status of the running projects as well as the control on the distribution of the Man-Hours governed by the Satellite Team.
Key Skills Required - Technical Knowledge in his domain and ability to get the other disciplines align.
- Good and Effective Communications Skills.
- Should be able to work independently, good analytical ability and leadership skills.
- Engineering Consultancy exposure in Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Refinery. Experience on international project will be considered as an advantage.
- Should have working experience on projects in detailed engineering consultancy / EPC Contracts.
- Should be conversant with planning & monitoring.
