Role Description
The whole life cycle for mortgage and consumer loans as well as securitization solutions for these loans is covered within the department and supported by the several teams. For one of the critical application in PB GY Lending Domain we are forming a new team in Pune. This Application is acting as Service Layer which manages business rules and integration between multiple modules.
To extend and maintain these systems we are looking for candidate who will be on the front lines of transformation for this domain - leveraging cutting edge open-source & Cloud technologies and highly collaborative agile processes to deliver and maintain this application.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead and support all engineering aspects for a feature team within a scaled development framework, resolve complex problems in internal and external integration projects, build relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
- Lead design for technology solutions, implement most complex areas of functionality, ensure alignment of IT solutions with domain architecture strategy, Cloud application and resiliency principles
- Lead improvements of engineering practices and IT compliance framework across a whole functional area
- Learn the business and wide IT landscape, contribute to impact analysis of proposed changes, help with testing approach definition and release readiness assessment
- Grow and develop engineers in your team
Your skills and experience
- Extensive professional experience and expert practical knowledge in the area of Service Engineering for IT solutions/ applications .
- Practical Knowledge of automated infrastructure provisioning and testing
- Knowledge of Docker, native Kubernetes operations, logging, monitoring and alerting tools
- Experience in Cloud Technology, Development, Database and Automation
- Proven ability to grow a team and develop engineers in your team Proven completion of large enterprise projects and infrastructure rollout.
- Extensive professional experience and expert knowledge to work in agile delivery teams, and participate in pair programming and regular code reviews.
- Strong technology leadership. Proven ability to build partnership with business and IT stakeholders which resulted in better fit of delivered solutions.
- Experience in definition and improvement of engineering practices, managing IT risks and compliance.
