Role description
The Travel Sales Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position based in Indore, with some flexibility for remote work. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to travelers, managing travel arrangements and reservations, and consulting with clients on travel plans. Day-to-day tasks may also include creating and managing travel itineraries, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
- Customer Service and Reservations skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely and, also to coordinate with a team at the head office
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-tourism practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
