Position Overview:
As a Company Secretary at Evigway Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and effective governance. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in company filings, GST, TDS filings, MGT, and other ROC filings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Handle all aspects of company filings, including GST, TDS filings, MGT, and other ROC filings.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documents to regulatory authorities.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and laws affecting the company and its operations.
- Provide advice to the management on compliance-related matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Company Secretary.
- In-depth knowledge of company filings, GST, TDS filings, MGT, and ROC filings.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
Education:
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
