Job description

PFB Job description: Managing the Business Development portfolio independently with current customers and find out potential new clients. Interacting with customers for pricing & product development related matters. To increase the sales from New Product Development and improve the share of business from regular customers. Preparing the customer database and sales funnel To establish annual sales plans for the assigned customer group & product category. To achieve annual Business targets set with Business Development Head. To coordinate and drive new product development activities. To work with different Costing models to arrive at pricing and for contract agreement. To prepare Quotation and Negotiate with Customers for Individual RFQ. To manage business relationship with the customers and increase business share as per established targets and Business Plan. To find potential customers to explore market share for different range of products and meet company’s growth requirement. Any other task /project assigned by the superior from time to time.
