Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at The Golkonda Hotel in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall HR management.

Qualifications

• Recruitment
• Expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Proven experience in employee relations and HR policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
