Role Description : JOB PURPOSE: The receptionist at our NICMAR office, Mumbai will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and working professionals. The primarily responsibility will be to create a positive and welcoming environment, manage enquiries and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of corporate office and Learning & Development (L&D) Center.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Greeting and welcoming visitors with a positive and helpful attitude in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff membersMaintain a clean and organized reception areaRespond to inquiries from prospective clients and working professionals about training programs, schedules, and other relevant informationProvide accurate information regarding the L& D center’s offeringsSchedule appointments for training sessions, meetings, and consultationsCoordinate with faculties and staff to ensure smooth scheduling and allocation of training resourcesAssist in the registration process for new joinersMaintain accurate record of participants’ information, including contact details, attendance, and paymentsAssist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing and photocopying if anyCollaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordinationManage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packagesDelegations:Accept any other related delegations and responsibilities as entrusted by relevant authoritiesINTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP:Working under administrative headRelevant stakeholders. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:· A diploma/bachelor’s degree or equivalent · Proven experience as a receptionist or in similar role· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Proficient in using office equipment, including phones and computers· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy· Professionalism and strong work ethic
