Job description

JD: Technical Support Engineer
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Linux, Database.
• Knowledge in web Server (Apache Tomcat).
• Installing Java, MySQL, Tomcat, MySQL Workbench.
• Previous experience in ERP implementation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
• Proven experience in technical support or a related role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responding to client support requests.
• Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
• Troubleshooting the hardware and software issues.
• L1/L2 support.
• Helpdesk ticketing tool skills.
• Able to resolve the issue remotely.
• Need to handle day-2-day IT issue.
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
• Advising on hardware and software upgrades.
• Providing the training of ERP and Ecommerce Products.
• Proven work experience as desktop support engineer and support technician.
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2-5 Years,
