1. Fully responsible for the financial controlling area of the Market Unit. Securing accurate budgeting, forecasting & Actuals of the Market Unit.
2. Manage a robust forecast process to ensure low variances between actual and forecast
3. Gain strong control over BU/portfolio financials and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) - visible through M reviews and A vs F analysis.

Primary Skills

1. Fully responsible for the financial controlling area of the Market Unit. Securing accurate budgeting, forecasting & Actuals of the Market Unit.
2. Manage a robust forecast process to ensure low variances between actual and forecast
3. Gain strong control over BU/portfolio financials and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) - visible through M reviews and A vs F analysis.
4. Get engaged strongly with bookings and commission process
5. Influence pricing, contracting and delivery on new programs to ensure long term positive financial impact on business
6. Strongly align Bookings and Revenue
7. Support business with commercial terms on contracts and gain Strong control over contracting.
8. Ensure strong control on cash, leading to improved DOR (Day of receivable). (Cash flows/ cashflows stat)
9. Strengthen project accounting to bring in a 'no surprises' culture into the business.
10. Effectively manage all stakeholders (Internal/External)

Secondary Skills

1. Manage internal and external financial audits and resolve all audit queries within timelines
2. Proactively identify areas and implement actions plan to improve business competitiveness, Initiate & Drive Margin Improvement programmes.
3. Drive cost management.
