Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Agency Manager at Care Health Insurance located on-site in Kolkata. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing a team of agents, setting sales targets, developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Agency Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills and sales management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze data and interpret it to improve business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree or 12th
- Previous experience working in an agency is preferred
