Job Title: Factory Store Manager

Location: KATHUA , JAMMU

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our factory store. The Factory Store Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient operations to meet customer demands while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of the factory stores operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and staff supervision.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels to meet customer demand.
   
3. Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and availability of products.
4. Conduct regular store inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
   
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.
   
3. Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service principles.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.
   
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
