Designation- Customer Support Manager(Investor Relations)
Description :
Responsible for managing and responding to all inquiries and concerns from our investors via email.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business administration or a related field preferred
3+years of experience in customer service management,specifically in investor relations.
Excellent communication skills,both written and verbal.
Strong Leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure
Experience with customer service software and tools
