Job description
We are a new business mentorship and consulting startup operating in stealth mode. As a co-founder, you will play a crucial role in product improvement and implementation. In the preliminary stages of our startup, you will take an active role in forming the team, growing the MVP, defining specifications, and bringing the product to life.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers.
- Market research and data analysis to uncover insights that lead to business strategy.
- Shape product roadmap and new feature development.
- Help establish processes for sales operations, and customer support.
- Identify partnership and affiliate opportunities to expand reach and revenue.
- Leverage your investor network to help raise additional funding.
- Recognize market opportunities and assess their potential.
- Form and orchestrate the team to achieve our goals.
- Perform direct marketing and promotion activities to increase brand awareness.
- Provide financial estimates and contribute to business planning.
Qualifications
- Relevant domain experience in sales, marketing, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Entrepreneurial drive, comfortable with ambiguity, and bias toward action
- Passion for mentoring and consulting industry
- Experience in relevant verticals is a plus.
- Ability to invest in the company and tap into investor network.
- Prior experience in a similar co-founder role (optional)
