Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated International Business Development Executive to join our team at Arise Solution, a leading Recruitment & Staffing Firm. As an International BDE, you will play a key role in expanding our global reach and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience as an International Business Development Executive or similar role
  • Strong logical capabilities, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in data entry management and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience in international bench sales recruiting will be a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, primarily in international markets, to generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements
  • Coordinate with the internal teams to develop tailored solutions, proposals, and presentations for clients
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring successful contract agreements
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth
  • Provide timely updates and reports on sales activities and performance to the management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
  • Represent Arise Solution at international conferences, events, and trade shows to promote our services
