Roles & Responsibilities

Mode of Work: Onsite, Hyderabad (No Remote or Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with 3 to 6 years of industry experience to join our growing team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights from complex datasets. You will play a key role in shaping data-driven strategies and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

• Conduct end-to-end data analysis, from data collection and pre-processing to model development and deployment.
• Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
• Clean, validate, and pre-process large datasets to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models, using both structured and unstructured data.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and relevant technologies.
• Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work on projects involving classification, regression, clustering, and other machine learning techniques.

Project Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist in industry for 3 to 6 years.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data modelling.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau).
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of database systems.
• Ability to independently lead and execute data science projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies is a plus.
