Job Description Participate in requirements analysis. Routine maintenance and development of in-house software products. Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture. Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages. Writing SQL queries Test and deploy applications and systems. execute independent code reviews and execute unit tests on the developed modules. Revise, update, refactor and debug code. Improve existing software. Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support. Day-to-Day reporting analysis tasks Interaction with various technical tracksRequired Skills Must have 5 7 years of development experience in .Net. Windows & web application development using Microsoft .Net technologies. Extensive knowledge of IIS & .Net architecture A solid foundation in OOP Methods, DevOps knowledge (Azure Devops tool, CI / CD pipeline). Development tool: Visual studio .net 2015/2017/2019/2022 Framework: .Net framework 4.0 onwards Language: C#, Asp.net Web services, WCF Code Source Control: TFS, GitLab (good to have) Backend: SQL server Basic understanding of Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk. Understanding and experience on deployments and release management Scripting: CGI scripts using Perl, PowerShell, batch files. Good to have knowledge of at least one of the programming languages (C#, VB.NET, Windows Shell Scripting, Java/J2E) Troubleshooting the issue and log analysis (Event Viewer logs, IIS logs, Custom service logs, MS Debug Diag tool). (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
