Job description
Role : Solution Architect
Experience : 12-16 years

Roles and responsibilities :
- Act as a SME/Technical consultant providing in-depth technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their challenges & requirements, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales/Pre-sales team to create proposals, RFP responses, and technical presentations for proposed solution.
- Design scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define, plan and execute technical strategies.
- Create comprehensive technical documents, case studies, diagrams, decision logs, guidelines, etc.
- Act as bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicate complex technical concepts and decisions.
- Develop prototypes to validate technical decisions and mitigate solution risks.
- Support sales teams, strategize approaches, and contribute to deal closures.
- Lead internal expert groups on internal initiatives, providing technical leadership and mentorship.
Required Qualifications : - Strong hands-on experience of system designs including networking concepts, load balancers, API Gateway, CDN, Proxy, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Caching, SQL/NoSQL database concepts, System integrations, Authentication protocols.
- Strong working experience in Java/.net/Python/GoLang.
- Expertise on either AWS or Azure cloud platform with at least one certification AWS SAA/ AWS SAP/ Azure SA Expert.
- Expertise on cloud services such as storage, compute, virtual private network, container services, Kubernetes services, databases, serverless, notification & messaging, security, and access control services.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and its application in designing enterprise grade highly secure, performant, resilient, and high availability solutions on AWS/Azure/On-Prem.
- Excellent understanding of cloud-based architectures and integrations.
- Experience of on-prem solution and on-prem to cloud migration is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
