Job Description-
Need HCM Time resource with Testing tool experience (JIRA) Domain expertise in T&A technologies and solution design at global scale is required A minimum of 5 years of implementation experience in SAP Time or ADP GlobalView Time or Kronos or ADP eTime is required. Proficiency in testing concepts, testing scenarios, scripts, execution, defect resolutions and requirement traceability is required Proven experience delivering large scale/global projects from concept through delivery and operations is required Provide subject matter expertise on GlobalView Time and ADP eTime (Kronos) capabilities, functions and features during all phases of the project. Facilitate discovery and design sessions with country SMEs to obtain key systems and process information. Experience in ADP eTime and GV time is a plus Technical certification in SAP Time, Kronos and any of the above technologies is a plus Experience in automation tools (eg. Alteryx, PowerApps, Winshuttle etc) is preferred. Prior experience in testing tools and methodologies (eg. Jira, X-Ray, ALM) is preferred. Provide JIRA training for Test Execution and Defect Management to E2E and Parallel testers - (Test Lead with hands-on experience in Jira-Xray) Provide JIRA Administration & Maintenance, including uploading test cases to JIRA - (Uploading test cases and maintaining it is being done by Test Lead) Periodically audit JIRA and partners with E2E testers to ensure test evidence is provided and PII/SPI data is masked - (This is test hygiene, to validate whether all artifacts are uploaded in xray and data is masked, Test Lead is responsible for the same and should make sure testers are following the hygiene.) Assist and back up Global Test Lead with L: drive administration to support data conversion testing and other testing activities - (L drive is J&J specific shared drive where all PII data gets stored.
