About the role
- Work hours: 5 days a week. Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm IST.
- Work from office only: Located off M.G. Road, Near Trinity Metro Station
- Compensation: INR 7 to 10 LPA depending on relevant work experience
- Immediate to 15 days notice period preferred

Roles & responsibilities
As a performance marketing manager, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Plan, execute, and optimize for key traffic, lead, and conversion KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Manage budgets & campaigns across channels to drive strong results and manage CAC
- Increase efficiency through funnel optimizations, targeted execution, and A/B testing of campaigns
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing ad campaigns end-to-end across various platforms, especially Google and Meta
- Create and manage advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI
- Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels
- Good understanding of various ad formats, landing pages, marketing collaterals, etc. to optimize KPIs
- Should have knowledge of Google Analytics/ Mixpanel
- Proficient in carrying out quick analyses to figure out what's going wrong and how to fix issues
- Highly proactive in terms of researching new features/strategies and coming up with suitable recommendations
- Brownie points if you can manage social media accounts
- Increase lead generation
- Additionally, digital media buying experience welcomed
- Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing regular performance reports to key stakeholders and management
Skills required / Must-haves for the role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or a related field
- Hands-on and prior experience in similar role
- Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics
- Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High on ownership of the tasks given
- Goal-oriented, strong communication skills, and a strong problem solver
- 5 Years of experience
