Qualification Required - BE – Mechanical/ Chemical
Experience Requirements - 8 to 10 years in Maintenance/Shutdown planning of large chemical/ Petrochemical plants.
- SAP Maintenance Modules (PM) with minimum 6 years Hands-on experience.
- Primavera P6/ SAP Prometheus with minimum 4 years Hands-on experience.
Roles & Responsibilities - Estimate resources and hours, tools, equipment, and Spares needed to complete the work orders.
- Identify safety requirements necessary to safely perform tasks and Prepare / Review maintenance procedures and address all safety and hazard-related issues within the job plan. Reviews PM orders for TECO and updates the team leader for noncompliance. Continuous improvement by updating Task list as per the information received from the site team. Work Prioritization and backlog Management Identify task activities necessary to execute the job plan and linking Procedure to Job Package. Validation of schedule durations and update if necessary. Check schedule deviations and communicate it's impact. Creation of S Curve progress report during the shutdown.
Schedule the Job Plans to optimize the available resources to get maximum Productivity.
Skills Set Required - Creation of work packages and Task list.
- Knowledge of types of planning constraints, gauge bottlenecks in advance and their resolution· Understanding of technical procedures and specifications
