Position Overview:
As a Team Leader in our Medical Scribe Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional medical scribing services. You will lead a team of medical scribes, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment, and maintaining the highest quality standards. This is an office-based position with regular night shifts.


Key Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the field of Medical Scribing.
• Proficiency in scribing for a wide range of medical specialists.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and convince team members effectively.
• A commitment to meeting and exceeding organizational expectations.


Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of medical scribes, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet quality and productivity standards.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and review the documentation produced by the team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
• Performance Management: Develop, track, and manage performance goals for team members, conducting regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and work closely with the management team to implement changes that enhance efficiency and quality.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients and healthcare specialists to address queries, provide assistance, and resolve issues when necessary.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Quality Metrics: Maintain a consistently high standard of accuracy and completeness in medical documentation produced by the team.
• Productivity: Ensure that the team meets or exceeds established productivity targets.
• Team Satisfaction: Measure and improve team satisfaction and engagement levels
through regular feedback and support.
• Client Satisfaction: Monitor and enhance client satisfaction by addressing client inquiries
and issues promptly.
• Process Efficiency: Implement process improvements that lead to increased operational
efficiency and reduced error rates.
