Job description

1- Daily vehicle tracking

2- Driver Management.

3-Arranging drivers whenever required.

4- LR generate using company mobile application both V.B and ITC.

5- Coordinate with my branch manager Driver Salary, Welfare facility management

6 Daily loading plan

7-Communication with WD regarding of trucks unloading .

8 R& M work of 8 vehicles .

9 -Co-operate with mechanic supervisor, drivers for maintenance work.

10- Raise PO for R &M work.

11- Maintaining driver attendance report and ITC and V.B trip details and PO details ..

12- Own vehicles POD collect from V.B plant jagatpur and ITC chandka.

13 Every day doing Own vehicle pod upload and ack stage.

14- Coordinate with Kameshwar sir for sending Document to head office..

15-Trip vehicle only pod upload doing.
