Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Specialist at Bajaj Allianz Life's Prayagraj office. The Sales Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, communication with potential and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, sales, and sales management.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales
- Sound knowledge of sales management techniques
Relevant qualifications and skills that would be beneficial:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools
