Job description
Havinggood knowledge of the CCTV site survey and deploy cameras on drawing accordingto it.
Havegood knowledge installation, configuration and maintenance of IP based CCTVsystems, VMS (Video management system), NVR etc
Musthave knowledge of CCTV system working structure and its required componentknowledge like CAT6, CAT6A, IO, Fiber Cable, Patch cords, SFP, LIU etc
Abilityto strong technical troubleshooting skills in networking and VMS software
Havegood knowledge of installation and operating software of Door Access ControlSystem (ACS).
Periodicallymaintenance of all CCTV system including server room AC, UPS etc
Havinggood software user manual and technical data sheets analytical skills
Havingnetworking knowledge like LAN, WAN, RF, IP address, Subnetting, Routing, VLANetc
Basicknowledge of firewall and VPN.
Basicknowledge of Server and workstation OS installation.
Basicknowledge of UPS system.
Monitoringlive CCTV feed, extracting CCTV footage as per requirement.
MaintainCCTV related asset inventory and cross verify when needed.
Goodobservation and monitoring skills.
Flexibleto work in 24*7 Shift rotation.
Workingin project work is added advantages.
Knowledgeof basic AutoCAD is added advantage. (Optional)
Position CCTV Operator
Havinggood knowledge of windows operating system and its operation
Basicknowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Havinggood knowledge of the VMS (Video management system)
Havinggood knowledge of software system operating
Monitoringdifferent locations and identify suspicious activity and reporting to higherauthority.
ExtractCCTV footage when required.
Abilityto monitoring multiple location simultaneously.
Reportingany incident which occurred in company premises to higher authority as well asin concern unit main gate.
Supervisethe individual sites and ensure that all unit gate CCTV operator monitoringCCTV properly.
Maintaindevice failure report and escalate same to higher authorities.
TimelyCCTV report from all gates.
Maintainproper HOTO (Hand Over-Take Over) process and give all update to next shift incharge officer.
Flexibleto work in 24*7 Shift rotation.
