I am hiring Onsite Engineer based in Mundra & Tamil nadu.

Reports To: Project Lead
Location: Mundra, Barmer, Tamil Nadu
Job Summary:
The Onsite Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of our company products or equipment at client locations. This position involves technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation and Setup:
Install and configure our products or equipment at customer sites, ensuring they are fully operational.
Test and troubleshoot installations to guarantee they meet performance specifications.
2. Service and Maintenance:
Provide scheduled maintenance and routine servicing for installed equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, replacing faulty components or systems as needed.
3. Customer Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onsite visits, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers, answering their questions and providing guidance on equipment use and maintenance.
4. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of equipment installations, service activities, and parts used.
Prepare service reports and documentation for each customer visit.
5. Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all installations and services meet company quality standards and safety regulations.
Implement best practices for equipment maintenance and servicing.
6. Training:
Train customers or end-users on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment when required.
Provide guidance and technical support to colleagues and team members as needed.
7. Inventory Management:
Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools to support onsite service and installations.
Replenish inventory as necessary.
8. Health and Safety:
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of oneself and others during onsite visits.
Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
Qualifications:
First class throughout the curriculum. i.e., from 10th to Bachelors.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical certification in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics).
Proven experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or technical support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):
Previous experience with similar products or similar equipment.
Certification in equipment-specific maintenance or servicing.
Familiarity with computer hardware and software for diagnostics.
Customer service training or experience.
A sports activity enthusiast or certificate holder will be a preferred candidate.
Working Conditions:
Working on customer site.
Travel will be 50% of your total work.
6 days working
Ready to relocate.
Salary and Benefits:
