ABOUT THE ROLE In Auctions business, you will be responsible for procuring used cars from customers and dealers, which are then refurbished and sold with the help of Dealers. You’ll be responsible for managing end to end operations across India for the auctions business. This would include leading a 50+ ground Operations team responsible for multiple geographies, working closely with the leadership team. You’ll have to own and lead a culture that values customer satisfaction, business performance, and people growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● End to end working and tracking of day to day operations in the Auctions vertical. ● Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service ● Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems in the Auctions vertical ● Coordinating & managing on-ground teams during document verification, car-pickup and delivery stages. ● Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices. REQUIREMENTS ● 3-5 yrs of professional experience in a ground ops role managing a team of 10+. ● Grad/ Post-Grad from a Tier 1/2 college or university. ● Should have a strong understanding of markets and business dynamics. ● Strong people management and leadership skills. ● Excellent articulation, communication and interpersonal skills. ● Passion to work in a high growth environment in a high ownership numbers-driven roleJob tags
