Job description
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions
Project Management - Project planning Scope management Schedule Management Resource Management Deployment of Changes Integrate and synchronize project plans Set up procedures and systems for managing and tracking projects Guide team on understanding of deliverables Define/ agree scope of work with BRM team and break that down into small implementable modules Guide team on understanding of the scope Identify and manage project tradeoffs (e.g. scope creep timelines resources etc.)
- Generate schedules from team estimates and work load analysis Sequence tasks as per process flow Estimate resourcing requirements, source resources from other teams, if required.
- Match resources to tasks Perform skills readiness planning S/w release Management Organize Solution Testingand User Training Facilitate Roll Out Plans and Execution of Roll Outs
Defining Support Scope& SLA - Recommending SLA for related applications. Finalizing and facilitating resource requirement for support.
- Ensure SLAs are being met regularly. Evaluate most common issues and ensure that these are permanently resolved
Operational management - Oversee the change management process across the organization in all affected areas post implementation of project.
- Prepare budgets for operations and maintenance of the solution. Analyze and recommend means of cost reduction, manpower rationalization, increase in operational efficiency, etc.
- Liaise with Applicationsupport partner for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies, if escalated by the team.
- Analyze and approve requests of changes from Job Description Job Description Report Page 3 of 3 application owners
Vendor management - Ensure Vendor SLAs are being met regularly.
- Coordinating with Vendor team in case of escalations to get the issues/problems resolved
Security compliance - Ensure compliance to Application Security as per CISO guidelines.
- Coordinate with Chief IT Security Officer to identify and handle any cases of security breach
People Development - Assess and recommend knowledge and skill upgrade requirements of Team Members, for superior delivery
