Job description
Analyse complex data sets using statistical techniques and data visualisation tools to extract meaningful insights.
Define and develop KPIs and metrics to measure business performance and identify improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define analytics strategies.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Skills we are looking for
Proven experience of 2+ yrs in a similar role, with a track record of successfully leading analytics teams
Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualisation techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Solid understanding of database systems, data warehousing, and data governance principles
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders
