Job description
- Build strong relationships with new sales accounts and key customers, maintaining professional selling and technical support at the highest level.
- Evaluate market potential and opportunities for allnex products in South India, Sri Lanka and Maldives.
- Lead, direct, and motivate relevant distributors to meet corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with TS&D to prioritize and manage technical services for customers, ensuring professional and high-quality product presentations and promotions are carried out.
- Cooperate with regional sales team, look for more new business opportunities.
- Explore new markets or segments in accordance with the products strategic plan.
- Develop and create new business opportunities.
Required skills and experience
- 5 - 10 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Technical Service with demonstrated exposure in chemical industry.
- Experience working in coating resin industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil languages.
- Good command in Telugu or Kannada is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Track record in key account management and business / customer development in new markets or with new products.
- Strong hunter mindset to drive business growth.
- Sales skills and commercial acumen.
- A strong bias towards action leading to commercialization.
- Ability to travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Science displicine. MBA is a plus.
