Job description
- Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri)
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates
- Advertise job openings on social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Negotiate salary with the candidates
- Send job offer Letter email and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Follow up on joining formalities
- Collaborate with Hiring managers to identify future hiring needs
- MIS Reporting Assisting to Head HR
Pre-Requisites
Requirements and skills
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs Solid verbal and written communication skills.
