Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team at Innova Captab Ltd. As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our company, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing financial advice to support business decisions.
Qualifications And Skills - Qualified CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and risk
- Provide financial advice and support to management for decision-making
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
- Monitor and forecast cash flow, financial performance, and financial ratios
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax consultants
