Job description
Responsibilities
- Preparation of L2/L3/L4 level EPC schedule.
- Performing schedule risk analysis, delay analysis and monitoring critical path activities closely.
- Analyze schedule and identify activities which are lagging behind schedule. Propose resolution and highlight the issue to the management.
- Preparation of various MIS such as DPR, WPR, MPR, 90 days look ahead plan, Management Presentation.
- Prepare and monitor S-Curve.
- Find out the shortfall reasons and delays analysis
- Preparation of Risk Register
- Change log register updation for Change Mangement
- Analyze Critical issues and highlight in management weekly reports.
- Prepare & Review of Discipline wise progress achieved & Variance Analysis.
- Determines resource (manpower and P&M) requirements and work sequences for project activities.
- Preparation of Management presentations for meetings.
Qualifications Educational Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech from a reputed Institute/ University. Master's degree in the same is preferred.
Experiences - 10-15 years of experience in Petrochemical /Oil & Gas Industry.
- At least 6 years of experience in the Planning & Scheduling role.
- Moderate experience in all phases of Project Planning and Project Control activities from Conceptual Projects to Construction and Commissioning.
