Education: C.A.
Work Experience: 8-10 years (Preferred from the FMCG Industry)
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Access), Advance MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint, Tally ERP and
Business understanding: Ability to quickly grasp the Core Work Processes of Distributor Operations and generate reports
Age: From 30 to 40 years

Responsibilities
• Act as Finance Lead and strategic business partner to the leadership team
• Work and review Sales/Brand/Supply Chain finance activities and work with multi-function teams (Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain) on inter dependencies.
• Review financial reports for ways to reduce and optimize costs.
• Assist with decision making about policy and strategy.
• Oversee the company's fiscal activities including budgeting and financial planning.
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
• Evaluate and decide on investments
• Supervise a team of Accounts / finance team
• Allocate resources and manage cash flows
• Conduct profit and cost analyses
• Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
• Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
• Consult board members about funding options
• Recommend cost-reducing solutions
• Interactions and discussions with customers and external vendors/consultants on business and compliance related matters.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
• Monitor indirect and indirect tax filings/returns

Requirements
• CA / ICWA with 10-15 years of experience
• Strong experience in Commercial Finance and Financial Analysis, preferably in a Consumer Goods environment
• Very strong-stakeholder management and people management skills
• Experience managing P&L as well as robust understanding of budget
• Proven work experience as a Head of Finance or similar role
• In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Solid analytical and decision-making skills
• Leadership abilities
