As a Senior Planner at 4AM Worldwide, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our clients. Reporting directly to the Account Planning Leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive impactful advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Account Planning Leader to develop comprehensive account planning strategies that align with client objectives, target audiences, and market trends. Assist in translating client briefs into actionable plans.
2. Client Collaboration: Partner with the account management team to build strong client relationships. Actively participate in client meetings to understand their goals and challenges, providing valuable strategic insights and solutions.
3. Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to uncover consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Utilize data and analytics to inform strategy and support data-driven decisions.
4. Creative Briefing: Work closely with the creative teams to develop creative briefs that align with strategic objectives. Ensure that creative concepts are rooted in consumer insights and strategic direction.
5. Campaign Effectiveness: Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist in analysing data to assess the success of strategies. Collaborate on data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
6. Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing. Contribute fresh ideas and innovative thinking to account planning processes.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
2. 4-5 years of experience in account planning, strategy, or related roles within an advertising agency.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and with clients.
6. Proficiency in data analysis tools and market research methodologies.
