We are seeking a motivated Marketplace Coordinator to support the operations of our online marketplace. This role involves assisting with vendor relations, product listings, customer inquiries, and general marketplace maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Assistance: Aid in the vendor onboarding process and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Product Listings Support: Assist in managing product listings, including updating descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Customer Service Assistance: Help in addressing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Marketplace Maintenance: Support the maintenance of the marketplace platform, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, such as marketing and tech, to ensure a cohesive approach to marketplace management.
- Reporting: Assist in the collection and analysis of marketplace performance data.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
- Experience in a support role within e-commerce, retail, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces and digital sales channels.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools
