Project Role: Application Developer

Project Role Description:

Design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Must have Skills: Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL

Job Requirements:

A: Will work on providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing existing Oracle Pl/SQL application software to migrate to Postgres.

B: Will work with solutions on implementations/integrations on the Microsoft Azure platform

C: will work on Migrate Oracle db objects to Postgres db objects

D: will work on recommending solutions to fix performance problems

Technical Experience :

A: should know about the development of highquality database solutions using PostgreSQL

B: should know how to Develop implement and optimize stored procedures functions triggers and views using SQL PL/pgSQL

C: Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements

D: Develop procedures and scripts for data migration

E: Familiar with performance tuning such as indexes partitions and clustering

F: Familiar with pg extensions pgtrgmpgcrypto etc

Professional Attributes :

Good in communication leadership skills team handling skills analytical skills presentation skills ability to work under pressure etc

Educational Qualification: Required 15 years of fulltime education
