Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chartered Accountant located in Rajkot, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves managing financial accounts and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, preparing financial statements, creating budgets and forecasts, and analyzing financial data to make informed business decisions. The candidate will also be responsible for developing financial policies, documenting financial processes, and providing financial advice to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in financial accounting software and tools
- Ability to create budgets and forecasts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification such as CA or CPA is preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry is a plus
