The company is looking for a dedicated and passionate inside sales representative with experience in the BIM and Scan-to-BIM industries to lead the company's new business development efforts. This position will eventually lead to an Account Management position. The details are given below:

Location: Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad ·

Probation: 6 months. ·

Number of openings: 1 ·

Shift: US/Canada, ANZ or Europe/UK timings ·

Required: Proof of experience, Payslips, Bank Statement, Past employer reference, and ID Proof ·

This is a WFH position with weekly visits to office.

Key responsibilities: Prospecting (via cold calling, emailing, and networking). Strives to meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. Report on weekly and monthly metrics. Adding and maintaining the list of new prospect databases. A database will be provided; however, the candidate will be expected to add new prospects independently. Strategize and own the entire sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closure. Understand innovspatial's offerings clearly to communicate with prospects effectively. Know and understand the assigned territory, buyer behaviour, and buying cycles. Identify pain points and upcoming projects that can be handled using innovspatial's competencies. Pitch innovspatial's services to the account and effectively engage throughout the sales cycle. (via consistent and value-adding follow-ups and POCs). Qualify by BNTD and other newer frameworks. Present innovspatial value prop over telephone and web sessions. Working with internal teams to get SOW/Proposals aligned with client discussions. Address prospective/existing customers' needs and concerns. Maintain clean and crisp records of the activities, account details, and other sheets.

Mandatory requirements:

A minimum of one year of experience in Inside Sales/Lead Generation for international markets in the engineering services domain (BIM and scan-to-BIM). Needs to have experience in cold-calling and lead generation. Should be open to making calls on a daily & consistent basis. Any graduate. Exceptional communication skills (especially engaging customers over the phone, emails and LinkedIn). Organized, disciplined, and a 'Hunter' by choice. Hardworking and committed to the growth of themselves and the company. Ability to handle the 'sales pressure/stress'. Put the needs and wants of the customer first; be loyal, honest & transparent to them.

Good to have requirements:

Experience in Marketing & Sales in the Indian Construction Industry ·

Understanding consumer/buyer and knowing the fundamentals of buying behaviour, and cycles, among other things. ·

An excellent relationship builder. ·

MBA in Marketing or Sales specialisation ·

Experience in using CRM and email campaign tools

The interview process:

While applying, the candidate will upload the CV and supporting documents and also answer all the questions truthfully and after careful thinking. An initial call with the HR department to understand the work experience and see if the employee-company fit is ideal. A discussion with the Hiring Manager to understand the technical skill set and experience in depth. This will be in parallel with a tool test in our office. On a case-to-case basis, the tool test can be arranged online for genuine reasons for being unable to come to the office. A final discussion with HR personnel and Management to finalise the job offer. Depending on seniority and other factors, this can be multiple rounds.
