Description of role:

You will be part of the TWI India team based in Chennai, providing administrative services to the Training, Examination, and Technical Solution Services Group. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising administrative functions within the organisation. This position requires a proactive, team working, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and courtesy skills.

As the administrative manager in a cross-functional environment, you will be responsible for leading the administration team, coordinating with internal/ external stakeholders, preparing and managing the yearly budget, reviewing and reporting on sales, managing and establishing agreements with vendors, procuring activities, reviewing and editing reports, proposals and other documents in line with house-style guidelines, event scheduling, ensuring timely response to customer queries and concerns, ensuring compliance with IMS and other relevant regulations as may apply to the business. You will take responsibility to challenge and develop yourself, and your team members for excellent customer service to national and international customers.
