The Position
To achieve our goals, we are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our team and provide timely, empathetic help that keeps the guest needs at the forefront of every interaction. The Guest Relations Executive will work collaboratively with the rest of the teams, ensuring exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is one who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for hospitality and yoga . This is a full-time position based in New Delhi.
Specific Duties:
- Supply visitors/guests with directions and information regarding amenities, services, and hours of operation, ensuring a positive experience at the centre.
- Welcome all visitors; assist individuals with disabilities; anticipate and address their needs and concerns.
- Respond to guest reviews and comments and reply to their messages as required.
- Actively seek feedback to enhance the service standards for guests.
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvements to continually improve the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with the organization's guidelines and regulations when carrying out work duties.
- Work on the business app and help clients in signing-in, check out, and handle POS (point of sale).
- Performs any other duties relevant to the area of function as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications & Skillsets:
We are looking for someone who:
- Wakes up in the morning wanting to provide exceptional service experience.
- Has excellent written and spoken English.
- Is a good communicator with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage crises successfully.
- Has 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality or retail sector.
- Has a degree in Social Science, Communications, or related field.
- Has a genuine commitment to the mission and vision of Lifeyoga.
- Is comfortable working in shifts.
