Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum 01 to 03 years of relevant experience in the fintech space. A candidate specializes in a multiple category of communication-related to User Acquisition, Engagement and Retention.

We are looking for a candidate who is face and voice of FinEzzy marketing efforts and be part of a 10X path by helping us build a multi-million lending business for the mutual funds market in India. 

Experience : 2-5 years

Salary Range: 2.5 to 4 LPA ( No bar for the right candidate)

Roles and Responsibilities

· Performance Marketing:

 

● Develop and execute performance marketing strategies.

● Work closely with the internal team partners to drive user growth revenue through various performance marketing channels such as paid search, display advertising and social media.

 

Campaign Platform Management:

 

● Work on the integration of the journeys, User creation and event-based activities with the campaign platform.

● Perform extensive campaign execution activities to meet the target of our journey towards 10X growth.

● Validate the campaign flowchart output data to ensure the right target audience is selected for marketing communication using the correct data sources.

 

Campaign Development and Deployment:

 

● Campaign development deployment of simple, medium, complex, multi-wave, cross channel, real-time personalized marketing communications customer life cycle campaigns across multiple channels using campaign tools (WebEngage, clever tap, MoEngage etc.)

● Focus on muti-channel communication plans for direct marketing across email, web, performance marketing, in-app promotions, audio ads and video ads to meet the business targets.

 

Stakeholder Management:

 

● Interacting with cross-functional teams such as Tech, Product, Credit, Communication Customer Success to drive the growth agenda ensuring correct implementation of all the growth hacks.

● Be an active entity in discussions with external stakeholders/ channel partners during engagement calls.

Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience as a copywriter or content creator, preferably with experience in the academic publishing sector.

Skills Required

● Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Customer Lifecycle Management, Digital Marketing Campaigns.

● You are self-directed, organized and detail-oriented as well as have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Knowledge of campaign process end-to-end and frontend analytics.

● Strong execution skills and business acumen.

● Understanding of FB ads, Google ads, Clever tap, WebEngage, Mailchimp etc similar tool

Knowledge of MS-Excel or Google sheets.
