₹50-60k per month Work:

On-site Monday to Friday, Remote work on Saturdays Location:

MIDC, Andheri (East) Candidates residing in Mumbai would be preferred.

Role Description Primary focus will be to handle B2B sales to various institutions like hotels, luxury stays, restaurants, industrial, flights etc over the following responsibilities: Set goals and Exploring potential business avenues for achieving increased business growth in HORECA. Deliver the sales objectives of volume, value, market share and in-store execution; and acquire new food service accounts across the HORECA channel. Mapping the requirement of HORECA Business providing best products and services and achieving profitability growth. Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Expanding company product business in HORECA segment Define monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share and activation in the region. Driving Businesses via B2B Sales. Develop different HORECA Channels. Appointment of Stockiest/ distributor. Maintain relations with existing Clients and Create new Clients as well. Working closely with Purchase, Production, Logistics, Costing, and Marketing Department to ensure the availability of the product. Visit key customer & represent the company product range. Handle customer complaints at all levels.

Qualifications Analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making, and convey the overview to internal stakeholders Directly responsible for revenue growth of HORECA through marketing and sales strategies Analyse, present and lead financial dealings and investment fronts of HORECA on behalf of the company Find B2B opportunities with businesses via your network and exhibits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills HORECA sales experience is mandatory Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices Comfortable working with a fast-growing agile start-up
