️ Join our dynamic team as a B2B Operations Specialist at our renowned Destination Management Company (DMC) based in beautiful Bali with branch office in Delhi. Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with B2B clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery. - Coordinate operational aspects of B2B partnerships, including quotation building ,bookings ,reservations, and logistics. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. - Provide support to B2B clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. - Previous experience in B2B operations, preferably within the travel industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. - Passion for travel and a deep understanding of Bali’s tourism landscape.
