About the Role
: We are looking for Fullstack developers to join our team. This is an Individual contributor role. You will be a part of a cross-functional team (including Product Managers, Designers, Testers, Software Engineers). Your primary responsibilities will be to develop and maintain our applications. Responsibilities : Building modular, testable, maintainable web applications Writing Unit-tests code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. Working closely with designers and product managers to deliver premium customer experience through fast/robust APIs. Identifying and resolving performance problems within the APIs Help maintain the code quality using code reviews, continuous integration, and automated testing. Contribute to the growth of the team by mentoring/knowledge sharing. Ability to meet deadlines and commit to team goals. Solid knowledge of software design principles MUST Skills: Fluent in Ruby and experience with Ruby on Rails Experience in Reactjs Knowledge of OWASP principles and general web security best practices. Strong problem solving/analytical/debugging skills SQL (PostgreSQL would be a plus) Good understanding of protocol, REST architecture Ideal Candidate: Have 3-6 years of experience in building web applications. Is passionate about the web app ecosystem and programming in general. Proficiency in Front end frameworks like React.js would be a plus. AWS experience is a plus. Solid knowledge of software design principles Has great attention to detail. Takes pride in the code he/she writes and cares a lot about code quality. Is curious, loves to explore/experiment with stuff. Self-taught a few things.
