Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager in International Business to join our team. The role involves managing and expanding our business in international markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing, in vitro diagnostics (IVD), and international business. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Navsari, Gujarat, India, and the employment type is full-time.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or International Business.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in international business, preferably in the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Experience in managing and expanding business in Latin America and Southern Africa markets.
  • Good understanding of the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) market and trends.
  • Knowledge of hematology and biochemistry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with international distributors and partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with international clients, ensuring profitable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns for international markets.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on key performance indicators and market trends to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and compliance related to international business.
  • Participate in international trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the company and its products.
  • Conduct regular market visits to gather customer insights and understanding of local market dynamics.
