About This Opportunity Professional and friendly front desk receptionist with nearly three years of professional experience. Proficient at administrative tasks, including maintaining the reception area, greeting guests, answering multi-line phone systems, and maintaining office equipment.

· Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. · Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls. · Taking messages and relaying them as needed. · Receiving and sorting daily mail. · Keeping records of inward and outward mails and other items. · Working with Courier agencies as required. · Coordinating with Hotels where GSC guests are put up to ensure their smooth stay. · Coordinating with Travel agency for ground transport requirements. · Ensuring equipment placed in reception area are working in optimal condition. · Work with maintenance vendors and track maintenance schedule for equipment’s in reception. · Manage record of corporate gifts and inventory. · Handle distribution and refresh of stock as required. · Work with administration team on events and projects when needed.

Preferred Qualifications: · Graduate or Diploma holder. · Excellent Spoken & written English is a must. · 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably from service industry. · 9:00AM-5:30PM work hours.
