Human Resources Manager

StayBird is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to manage all HR operations and practices. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the recruitment, training and development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee relations of our staff. This is an on-site role located in Pune, India.

• Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training and development
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and HR management software
