Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessments, administering medications, wound care, and managing medical equipment. They will also maintain accurate patient records and will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license
• Strong clinical skills, including assessment, wound care, and medication administration
• Ability to manage and operate medical equipment
• Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare team members and patients
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• Experience in home health care or hospice care is a plus
