About the Role: As a Community Engagement Specialist, at Reliance Games, you'll be an integral part of our mission to connect and engage with our vibrant gaming community. Your role is pivotal in building and nurturing our online community, ensuring that our players' voices are heard and their experiences with our games are fulfilling and exciting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Production and community team to create captivating content for various social media platforms, such as Discord. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more.
- Work with our QA in reviewing and understanding Players' comments, messages, and interactions in a friendly and timely manner.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns, infusing your unique perspective into our strategies.
- Immerse yourself in the gaming world to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for community engagement.
- Participate in discussions about optimizing our social media approach, drawing from your insights as an enthusiastic gamer.
- Support the analysis of social media data to uncover valuable insights that guide our continuous improvement.
- Monitor online discussions and trends within the community, providing insights to the marketing and development teams.
- Regularly report on community sentiment and engagement metrics, using data to guide strategy adjustments.
Requirements:
- Must be a GAMER! Genuine passion for gaming!
- Strong written communication skills, allowing you to craft compelling and relatable content.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and a natural sense of how to navigate and connect on these platforms.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills that help you contribute to content calendars and plans.
- A collaborative spirit that thrives in a dynamic environment where ideas are shared and nurtured.
- Eagerness to learn about social media analytics and apply insights to enhance our strategies.
